Jimmy has over 50 years service in the Civil Service. The last 30 have been spent in all parts of Human Resources where his latest role is to coach and assist Senior Managers in serious sensitive HR issues.
Jimmy is a qualified coach mainly in coaching for performance and has recently set up a small HR function including developing HR policies.
